html:img and session

i'm a newbie i use struts with tomcat 3.2.2 and mod_jk 
here is my problem when i use the html:img tag with mod_jk apache is
unable to find the images when i launch my index.jsp page for the first
time because i have that kind of code in my page img src =
"/myimage.gif;jsession=xxxxxxx"
i don't have this problem when i use tomcat in a standalone mode

what should i do ??????
