Struts Console version 1.3 is now available.

This release has a couple of small new features and
most notably adds support for JBuilder 4.
Changes with Struts Console v1.3
*) Added ability to close all open files in
standalone version.
*) Updated JBuilder plugin to work with JBuilder 4.
*) Updated "console.sh" startup script to support
Cygwin.
