To everyone - can we have a page on the struts site dedicated to the common start-up errors/problems? Can we get struts to to intercept this error & list out suggested solutions? I searched the mail archive for "message for key index.title" & got huge lists of people reporting this problem & not having it answered. I've seen some really good answers/discussions in the list but didn't find them after 5 minutes searching.
