I think the list needs good cop/bad cop style. lots of diff. people ask lots of diff. levels of question & we need lots of diff. people to answer them. Certainly people that aren't prepared to spend the time learning themselves need to be put off a litle (but only a little). It's pretty hard work learning struts. And the error handling isn't always the best.
