Do you have "Borders" chain in your country? You might want to try them
because they get US software development magazines like "JDJ" , "XML
Development Journal". In Germany and United Kingdom
I think there is a "COMAG" company out there that does
magazine distribution also.
"Borders" is a USA bookstore/newsagent that opened in London, Oxford,
Cambridge a few years back. I picked up my copy of "JavaPro" at
Borders in Charing Cross Road, in London's "West End".

I already tried that link... sent many mails, but got
no response... I also sent mails to Fawcette's address
as well...
Maybe they aren't interested on new subscriptions,
though that would be ridiculous.
