Hi Mike,
are you sure those pages you've configured in struts-config.xml are 
correct? Do they have anything in them?

Check in your action.perform whether you are returning a valid Forward 
as a return parameter. Perhaps you've misspelt one and your 
mapping.findForward doesn't find anything.
