Thanks Cedric.  I wondered about that.  I figured it was either because 
of rapid development, a lack of time, or a combination of the two ;-)  I 
too would like to seea web.xml, struts-config.xml, etc (whatever there 
may be) that would give a good indication of how a person should use 
this nowadays.  I don't read DTDs well :-(  Perhaps I should learn.
