conditional like breaks

Hi,
 
I had a condition tag 
<mod name="beanName" property="propertyName" value="2">
    </tr> <tr>
</mod>
 
I use it inside loops to add a line break (e.g., when iterating over
collections or arrays). Is there an alternative in Struts 1.0/1.1?
