You're probably close, although I think the "I" means that the field is indexed but I'm not sure. This is especially stupid considering the indexes could change.
I have to laugh to myself when I think about the person making the decision to call the email field IELECADR. Now this field will hold an email address so if I take out most of the vowels and cut some of the consonants...
