Ok, it looks like it isn't the same bug, though the error is occuring in the iterator of the FastHashMap.
I believe you said it was also happening in the Struts example/struts-validator program. Be sure to mention the application server you're using. I haven't had to worry about the locale being different being a Yank, but would like to be able to test this. How can I set the locale in my browser ?
