I do this often and it works well.
The only thing I always forget to do if initialize the Vo

Ensure this is done in the form Bean:
MyValueObject myVo = new MyValueObject();

Hi,

I have tried the below it works fine when i fetch the data but when i want
to update a text field etc i get the following error:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No bean specified
 at

 at org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.process(ActionServlet.java:1292)
 at org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.doPost(ActionServlet.java:510)
