This is pretty open ended. It is also a VERY large topic of conversation. For ease of development distribution I highly recommend including the struts.jar in your webapp. Make sure you include the tlds, struts-config.xml and your Application Resources file. You can change all kinds of struts/web parameters and hot deploy them. I recommend also reading the specs for WAR files and the struts install docs for more info. Michael Lee
