yes I set the encoding of the page (iso-8859-7) and I even tried with telnet and verified that the server sends question marks
How does ApplicationResources.properties look like? It should like this:
prompt.login=\ufeff\u038c\u03bd\u03bf\u03bc\u03b1 \u03c7\u03c1\u03ae\u03c3\u03c4\u03b7
or like. I don't know any greek ;-).
