Shouldn't returning null from an Action throw an Exception? If the Action doesn't want the controller to return anything there should be a constant like NOACTION_FORWARD in Action or elsewhere.

I've got an Action that seems to be returning a null forward for some reason. Is there any way to globally catch these?
