Ashish,
Most of the displayers bundled in with struts-menu go as many levels
down as defined.
The source code is available through:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/struts-menu/
They are demoed at :
http://www.raibledesigns.com/struts-menu/index.jsp
The idea of having the menu go on the other side once the bottom of the
page is interesting but might take some serious effort to implement.
The javascript bundled with struts-menu is from:
http://www.dhtmlcentral.com/projects/coolmenus/
This should be enough to get you started.
