What is the CPU and Memory of your computer? Sometime it could be simply lack of power to run WSAD.
Another thing you can try is to turn off "Perform build automatically on resource modification" and "Refresh Workspace on startup". You can find these 2 options in "Window->Preferences->Workbench".
