why?I only need the "require" function.
This line of yours contradicts the above statement:

depends="required,mask,minlength">and which validator must be add in validator-rules.xml?Why cannot be all of them there? Easier to maintain. A new version comes out, and you have to
restart editing testing etc. If you don't mangle w/ it, you can simply overwrite.
