Browsing peoples comments at amazon might be rewarding, but it sure takes a lot of time. I'm trying to find good (best) books for a couple of java-related areas. As most people who subscribe to this newsgroup probably have a bunch of books at home this should be the ideal place to ask for recommendations. So, what are your recommendations for good books on any/all of the following subjects:
