struts, Dreamweaver, & Dreamweaver templates

Hi;

I created my jsp pages using Dreamweaver and using the templates feature in 
Dreamweaver.

I'm now incorporating struts and mixing that with Dreamweaver is difficult. Does this 
work ok or should I give up on templates?
