What does /myapp.index map to?  Typically, a global forward maps to
/someaction.do.  The action does its controller thing and forwards to a
tile (or other) for the view (or next action).

The example lines (Your-*) below were snipped from my working struts
webapp, so I'm pretty certain they work.
