I step up to answer. Yes. You have issues with the libeay32.dll version your 
stunnel is using. Stunnel uses the DLLs found in the same directory where 
stunnel.exe is located. Check there. If no DLLs are there, Windows searches the 
PATH directories.

Note that due to high risk,well known vulnerabilities, you must use current 
OpenSSL DLL versions.
