Hi Paul I maintain current ports of stunnel for OpenVMS. Latest release is 5.56.
I gave a presentation at the last boot camp on how to do this. If you have SSL111 then you can use up to TLS1.3, or TLS1.2 with SSL1. I will send you details later today.
