Hi.
It seems that ng_eiface and ng_fec are not currently attached to the
build (reported by swildner@ on IRC).
The attached patch adds a missing module dependency to ng_eiface and
hooks it to the build.
Obtained from: FreeBSD.
I will now see if there is a reason for ng_fec not being attached to the
build.
