iwi - Convert to wlan_global_serializer

Hi,

at http://leaf.dragonflybsd.org/~hofmann/iwi_wlan_serializer.diff is a
patch that converts iwi to use the new wlan locking scheme.
It is only lightly tested on an UP system.
