Really. You guys could do this while I'm asleep, and if a few people could
report "tested on OS abc version def, printing to ghi" by morning, I could
even make a Beta 4 so our external users get a chance to play with
Lubomirs printing improvements, too.

Using Ubuntu 12.04:
Print to Laserjet P2015 looks OK.
Print to PDF printer produces acceptable output.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make the default "Print only selected dives"
