Hi Dirk,
the import between TC and Atomic software works.
I suspect that libdivecomputer with the new Cobalt 2 drivers can not cope.
Is this possible?

Very strange. The connection was successfully opened, but the bulk USB
transfer didn't succeed. Are you able to communicate with the Cobalt with
different software? It seems to me that you might have a problem with the
cable / connector...
