You are missing
- user doesn't want to have any location info as all dives are on the pier
right in front of his house
- user wants to control the amount of Geo information (country + body of
water for dives away from home, nothing for dives at home)

Here are some use case
#1: User wants to migrate his dives to new dive location structure.
sub#1: what happens to dives with GPS coordinates
sub#2: what happens to dives without GPS coordinates
#2: User adds a new dive and he has GPS coordinates of it
#3: User adds a new dive and he has NOT GPS coordinates of it
#4 User edits a old dive saved without GPS coordinates.
Do we agree on these use case? Do you see other use cases?
