Did you start in a clean directory?
Not sure what you mean. I started with a clone of master used for building desktop Subsurface.

Do you have a android-sdk and a android-ndk installed?
Yes, see the messages above Found NDK, Found SDK.

Have you read packaging/android/README ?
Certainly, yes.
