Just to explain better the save pattern...

Look at the attachement.

While editing the text field, the app present me a modified keyboard with
the "done" button on the lower right corner.
Once I press it I'm done. I don't need an extra save button.
For other type of controls (i.e. radio buytons) I don't even need the
"done" button.
