Daniel, I think it depends on your diving needs as well. I bought a Scubapro Galileo HUD about two years ago. I have dove that computer in recreational diving and really enjoy the convenience of having my hands free.
I have noticed Bluetooth issues with iOS devices, but not android or windows when trying to upload to subsurface. Candidly, I consider the OEM software inferior to Subsurface, so I haven’t tried loading my dives into OEM on iOS from the DC with Bluetooth.
