You would need to add a third tank. If you then have two transmitters (0 and 1):

- You “move” 0 to the “dummy” tank
- 1 to the tank where it should be
- 0 to the tank where it should be
- delete the dummy tank

From a usability perspective, this would need some improvement, but thus far it 
worked for me (Credits to Michael for the feature)
