Help importing Scubapro SmartTrak .slg file

Your user manual 3.4.3 says you have a standalone utility to convert 
Scubapro SmartTrk .slg files to Subsurface for Windows and a link to 
your download repository.  Can you please tell me which file it is 
and if there is a user's guide?
