Good morning, I'm starting to get ready for a trip away where i know i won't have wifi and rather than half log things on the mobile and then fill in all the additional bits on a proper computer once i'm home i'm trying to get everything done all on one step onboard the boat, with that in mind i'd quite like the basemaps to 'just work' so that i can reliably position my pins for the dive sites but unfortunately i don't know exactly where we'll be going.
I think Subsurface builds up a cache of the basemaps so that once you've visited a site and the basemap has loaded then this is held locally on the laptop for off-network viewing. Are there any tricks to this where I can force an area to load into the cache? I'm not aware of anything built in but I do occasionally hear about things from time to time that I didn't know were features of Subsurface. Thanks Jason
