Can you send a support request from within the app after you did a manual sync?
I'd love to see that full log to understand why that would not be working.
It seems to work here and there hasn't been any recent change that I can think 
of that should cause this - but then again, this is iOS, so anything is 
possible...

Seeing the full log might help me look at the server logs and the iOS logs and 
figure out what happened...
