I think I have implemented most of the suggestions (with the exception of the
font size comment).
I also updated the password reset tooling to the new look and feel and
integrated it better with the rest of the backend services.
Please test - but note: while the cloud data is NOT connected to the production
data, the authentication is running from the same authentication database - so
when resetting your password on https://ssrf-cloud-03.subsurface-divelog.org
<https://ssrf-cloud-03.subsurface-divelog.org/> you are resetting your
production account.
