Working knowledge of supporting Notes Mail (NRPC) and SMTP mail routing infrastructure Strong understanding of Database Replication & Clustering, Identify and troubleshoot replication and mail routing problems General mail concepts POP3, LDAP, IMAP, and SMTP Windows Server 2000/2003 system configuration and administration experience Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and resolution skills Ability to proactively address issues Create and maintain documentation on existing systems and processes Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of team and independently to meet business requirements with limited supervision Ability to quickly, effectively, and persuasively communicate ideas and concepts Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Notes/Domino certification preferred Lotus Notes/Domino Release 7 and 8 deployment experience strongly desired Experience supporting Notes/Domino on UNIX server environment desired Flexible Work Schedule Previous networking and/or computer support experience preferred Experience with backup and recovery procedures a plus Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure This position works on both side of Notes. It is not a development position,but an understand of Lotus notes development AND adminsitration would be a plus. the Position will Deploy Custom appliations but will also need to know how to configure the Mail Servers and other administrative configureation functions.
