PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert with strong experience with PeopleSoft HCm
Time & Labor, Leave Accrual processing and Payroll modules.
Complete Description:
Please submit all candidates by 6:00pm on Friday April 3rd.
For PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor will:
1. Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition around
PeopleSoft HCM
a. Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system
solutions to business problems.
i. Gather key business objectives
ii. Identify current business process challenges
iii. Identify key metrics and measures for success
b. Identify and document gaps in business processes
c. Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and
future modules and processes
d. Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and
provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and
benefits.
e. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage.
f. Perform all Time & Labor, Leave Plan configuration including custom T&L
rules.
Has worked as a functional analyst implementing custom Time & Labor rules.
Understands all aspects of the Time & Labor module.
