We have this new requirement for Solaris 10 resource , please let me know if you can help me with this Appreciate your quick response *Title: Solaris Sr Engineer* * * *Location: Phoenix,AZ* * Duration: Long Term Rate:$40/hr(Max) ** Skill Experience Need:* Skills Must Have: • Solaris (10) administration experience with good exposure to Zones • Experience in upgrading Solaris to latest versions • Experience on VERITAS enterprise hardware and storage • Sun Jumpstart / Linux Kickstart with pre-script and post-script experience and clear concepts are important • Volume management software experience (VxVM, VxFS, ODS) is a must.(VERITAS Cluster and Cluster File System is a plus ) • Configuration of Server Security Tools- IPTABLES. • Experience on Virtualization, zones is advantage • Performance tuning. • Root cause analysis and Problem management • Fair knowledge of networking, TCP, UDP, RPC etc. • Knowledge on patching of Solaris • Disk Management, User management.
