Complete Description:
The consultant shall plan, design, and implement an ISA Server solution to
protect the OWA infrastructure, and to provide a secure method of publishing
internal web applications to the Internet.
The consultants shall develop an overall project plan for the entire
engagement, including milestones and critical success checkpoints.
The consultants shall develop a requirements document. The document shall
include all current requirements as well as probable requirements for the
future.
The consultants shall develop a detailed design document for the solution. At a
minimum the design document shall define the following:
1.Overall solution architecture
2.Detailed specification of every component of the solution
3.Detailed specification of every interface between the components
Initial sizing analysis of the solution
4.Detailed specification of approach to scaling the solution for future growth
5.Detailed specification of the interface between the solution and OCTO's and
CWITS management applications, processes and procedures.
6.Detailed specification of all the hardware and software that will be used to
develop the solution
7.Detailed specification of the configuration of every hardware and software
component.
The consultants shall develop an implementation plan for the solution.
The consultants shall develop a test plan for the solution including acceptance
criteria.
The consultants shall implement the solution as per design document developed
in Phase I of the project.
The consultants shall test the solution as per the test plan and ensure that
all the acceptance criteria are satisfied.
The consultants shall develop an 'as-built' document that will detail all
differences (if any) between the original design document and the solution as
it was implemented.
The consultants shall develop an 'owner's manual' for the solution. At a
minimum this document will define the following:
1. Detailed specification of all tasks associated with routine, every day
operation of the solution
2. Detailed specification of level of effort as well as skill levels and
experience of the human resources required to operate the solution once it is
in production
