This sounds good, I certain;y have no objections, but I would like to understand a little more about how this works so I can determine if we need to do anything to improve upstream support for some of the less-common langs where Sugar Labs is on the "bleeding edge" of L10n. It might be as simple as pushing more glibc locales upstream, but I'd like to have a better handle on the process if someone is wiling to explain it to a non-devel in a human language instead of a computer language :-)
