I don't like "Charts". Sugar activities are generally named after nouns: Read, Write, Record, Browse "Chart" is a verb (and is a fine name for this activity), fits with the above. (it is also a noun, but that is not the intended part of speech used here) "Charts" is not a verb. I also agree with dropping the word "Simple" from the title; most sugar activities are simple (in a good way) but there is no need to put this in the name. So yes, using "Chart" or "Graph" (both are verbs, both talk about what the activity does) sounds good to me.
