Saumya; unless you have a requirement I'm not aware of, you should not be trying to rebuild the image, you should instead be trying to _use_ an already built image. You can use my image, or Ibiam's image. The image is an ISO-9660 filesystem.
Jui is correct; issue 13 and the "Failed getting release file" is what happens if you try to rebuild on Ubuntu _against_ the requirement in README.md to use Debian 10 Buster. However, if you want it to rebuild on Ubuntu, feel free to contribute the necessary changes and support it in future. It's not impossible, just that I think it is unnecessary.
