FAT just wasn't working for my application. I decided to just try using another box to build an ext2 file system on my 2GB SD card.
I gave it a try in the G1G1 XO. The filesystem works perfectly. But the Home view has problems. The first activity started works perfectly. But if you try to start another activity it fails to start. And you are stuck till you reboot sugar.
