OSM does carry some contextual information that allows directional placement (previous and successive stops) which is not used in sumo version 0.30.0 but which is already used in the latest development version. If the information is missing, all you can do is go over the coordinates manually and correct the placement by checking against satellite imagery or some other ground truth. regards, Jakob
