Hello,
emissionsDrivingCycle is only useful if you already have a sumo fcd-output
file and want to compute emissions without running sumo again.
To record emissions for specific routes use --tripinfo-output or edge based
output (see http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Models/Emissions#Outputs).
