Hello,
The connections to internal lanes are implicit in the connection attribute
con.getViaLaneID()
If you call sumolib.net.readNet(yournetfile, withInternal=True) then the
internal lanes, internal junctions and the connections from internal lanes
are loaded into the network graph.

the internal lanes from a given 'normal' lane can be obtained like this:
[net.getLane(c.getViaLaneID()) for c in lane.getOutgoing()]
