Hi,
there can be multiple reasons for this behavior. It is probably
connected to the networking part of the TraCI interface. If you are
willing to experiment a little you could use the embedded python version
to work around that but this won't work with the GUI. Otherwise we would
need a reproducable setup and some more information on your platform (OS
/ Python and SUMO version etc.) Are you using the Python client or which
interface to TraCI?
