Hello,
there are currently no detectors that work with pedestrians implemented in
SUMO. As a work-around, you may either
-  post-process fcd-output / netstate-dump  or
- use TraCI. There is a tutorial for building a pedestrian-actuated
traffic-light: https://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tutorials/TraCIPedCrossing
