Hello,
changing the cut-offs should not have a big impact on flow since you're not
changing the number of vehicles and speed limits are typically not the
limiting factor at intersections.
Also, by setting a deviation of 0.2 you will still get vehicles with
speedFactor < 1 and those may have lower the speed overall.
As mentioned, netedit does not yet support the multi-parameter version
(neither editing nor display), though this is being addressed in the
development version.
To check the impact on your cut-offs, use tripinfo-output and then run the
command
python sumo/tools/output/attributeStats.py tripinfos.xml -e tripinfo -a
speedFactor
This will give you statistics on the assigned speedFactor values in your
simulation.
