Hello,
there is currently no tool support inside sumo to create a statistics file.
- consider using SAGA which is well supported, more advanced and generates
needed statistics from OSM input: https://github.com/lcodeca/SUMOActivityGen
- if you wish to use activitygen, consider
https://github.com/d610f20/random-activitygen-py
